    Shadowcraft issues

Hey guys, this is my first post in the Rogue Forum, so bear with me here.

I recently checked out shadowcraft to improve my rogue, and I ran into two problems:

    - Raid Finder Wrath of Unchaining seems to be way too low, it's below the Unsolvable Riddle for me
    - As combat, the Legendary Phase1-daggers are modeled as normal daggers, and therefore are also way too low.

How can I resolve these problems?

Pretty sure you can't solve these problems other than applying common sense and/or calculating things yourself. Calculating the statweights on Wrath of Unchaining and a trinkets like Unsolvable Riddle shouldn't be too hard. However if you have issues I'd gladly do it for you.

I thought the dagger thing got fixed already, once 'equipped' it shows the actual gain if I'm not mistaken.

That's correct, Just equip the daggers and it will be fine.

Shadowcraft bases stat weights in comparison to what your current stats are.

For example, if an item will drop you below Expertise cap...then it will be ranked slightly lower.

I fix this by replacing the item I believe to be better, then using the auto-reforge tool to see what kind of DPS increase I'm looking at.

I did that, too, of course.
I was just wondering why trinkets and the daggers behave so weird. But there doesn't seem to be a problem if you actually equip the dagger in shadowcraft.
About trinkets... well, I'll trust other sources then.

I didn't program shadowcraft so I could be completely wrong, but I believe everything gets calculated by the passive stats mainly, as well as averages for for example trinkets that proc haste.

Since neither the daggers or the trinket have the stacking agility buff passively shadowcraft won't calculate them untill they are actually in the slot, and from there on your average DPS will be calculated. Another part related to the daggers is that the 45% bonus to Sinister Strike and Revealing Strike can't just be added in the mix just like that. They have to physically be there before the bonus can be applied and an average can be calculated.

...but like I said, this is just my random guess. I could be completely off for all I know.

Actually, Raidfinder Wrath of Unchaining rates as 1000 DPS or something while normal and heroic are at 3000 and 3300 or something.
So there just seems to be a problem that I'll ignore.

About the dagger: In the list where you choose the items, the daggers are at whatever... 1500 DPS or something, inbetween the other daggers (for combat).
But if I actually equip them, the 45% boost seems to be calculated in, and they yield the DPS you'd expect.

LFR WoU is the same as the daggers. Once you equip it, it goes way up in value.

LFR WoU is bugged on shadowcraft and shows a value way stronger than reality.
Do you actually think its better than heroic WoU?

After I switched from Raidfinder WoU to normal, my DPS dropped 1000.

So, like I said: I'm going to ignore trinkets now.

The only trinket that's bugged is LFR WoU. Its a known issue, and the cause of it is that for some reason is also has the LFR valor trinket's (which doesn't actually exist in game) use effect.

I just wanted to say "would be great to have a list of these known issues"

But I guess they're all in the EJ-thread.
