How to learn about other classes without playing them to level 85?

I don't particularly enjoy the leveling process in World of Warcraft (particularly after SW:ToR), but I feel like my PVP skills aren't going to improve until I learn more about other classes. Does anyone know a way I can do this without leveling a bunch of characters to level 85?

Side note: I've picked up a lot of information about the way other classes operate just from doing Arenas, but I still am clueless about a lot of classes major cool downs, rotations, or who to try and tunnel down for certain comps.
