double wound if you are having trouble with tendon damage
instant/deadly if you are having trouble with amal damage
with the tendons getting seriously nerfed and the craziness that can go on during 3rd plate you might consider ip/dp more viable, but if you can't get the tendons in 2 pops then give yourself a bit of burst with double wp.
