Ðefiance is a guild who's core goes back during the days of The Burning Crusade, with an active raiding team during each tier.A year ago we transferred to The Maelstrom looking for a new beginning.At this moment, after our merge with the guild Voice of Reason, we're running two 10 man heroic teams, both on 5/8 HC.With the recent changes in our roster, we're looking for new people eager to join us in our activities, be it PVE, PVP, or just having fun in-game.Our officers are always ready to help and our players enjoy having a good time with each other even outside of raiding hours.We're using Loot Council for loot distribution, while having a basic set of rules to back up our decisions.
10 Things you should know before applying:
1.You must come to raids prepared with the gear at an optimal level.
2.You must not join raids outside of the guild unless you do it on an alt char or if it's a raid that we already cleared.
3.You must use a raid warning addon (DeadlyBossModes) and a threat meter addon(Omen)
4.You must have knowledge of the tactics on the current tier.
5.You must have decent and stable in-game fps and latency
6.You should have an attendance of atleast 80% ,nearing to maximum during progress.
7.You should be willing to help your fellow guildmates in game related activities.
8.You should have a positive attitude and act by the simple social rules of the game
9.You should be ready to fill a secondary role, by having a pve offspec & gear.
10.You should have two maxed professions.

* Normal - 7/7 Heroic - 6/7
Dragon Soul
* Normal - 8/8 Heroic - 5/8
Invites start 15 minutes earlier ;once you get an invite you are expected to move to the raid instance ,in the gear/spec you have been assigned to use.
Also with Blizzard adding optional "hard-modes" to future encounters we're expecting members to be ready to relearn the encounters and spend additional time on progress raids.
