The only thing stated by Blizzard is that they will increase the buff "in about a month" after the first change.
But since it has only been a few weeks since the first adjustment, don't expect another change this week already

For those that do it's an approximate 5% change, which is pretty minor, and we expect it to be about a month before we raise it another 5%.

Blizzard is monitoring the people's progression in DS and will raise/keep it the same depending if the progression is at what they think is acceptable.

The increase is not automatic or set in its frequency. We will be manually controlling when it increases, if at all. It will be completely based on how many people we see able to complete the raid, and our decision to increase it or not.
