    I got the two I have in EV. Have not seen or heard of them dropping outside Operations.

    all of mine have been from EV (might stim, resolve stim, and some random adrenals), both hard and normal mode, and from trash and bosses.

    I was finally able to learn them all after the last patch.

    Yep, only raid drops. They aren't very common, but they aren't extremely rare either. Also they are pretty awesome, selling for 10k a pop on my server.

    That's it?! The mats cost more than that on my server lol, by which i mean I can sell the mats for more than 10k, my servers GTN is so fucked up.
