how do you cancel a macro

Hey i have been playing a feral druid for a while now i need to know how to cancel a macro, for example i can use "dash" against a mage to get out of a slowing effect but then if he slows me again i can use "stempeding roar" but i cant use this whilst "dash" is activated.

does anyone know how i can cancel dash to cast stampeding roar and vise versa? thankyou.

the macro should end up looking like

    /cancelaura dash
    /cast dash

if you press it it will cast dash, if you press again it will cancel it.

or just have /cancelaura dash on your stampeding roar macro, so you don't accidentaly remove your dash buff if you hit your dash button quickly.

Thought you could no longer use /cancelaura in macros to avoid addons make desicions during combat. Blizz implemented something like this a couple of patches back.

They made it so addons couldn't cancel buffs to prevent automation. Macros require a key press and were always allowed to cancel buffs.
