Natural Order - Heroic 25M - Proposing a Solution to Struggling Guilds: Join Us

Kind of a bold post, I know, but the facts are there-- we're in some declining days towards Mists of Pandaria and not all guilds are lasting into heroic progression like they might hope. Many servers aren't doing well, declining populations.

First, some information about Natural Order:

I'm the GM, and we structure our guild around performance for Heroic Progression first, and friends second. We have a large member roster of friendly people that either don't raid out of interest, or out of capability, but we retain them due to their contributory nature and personalities.
Natural Order is a 25-man Heroic guild currently at 6/8. We're progressing on Heroic Spine without any attendance issues... yet. We raid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays on an East Coast server, Ysera, from 8pm-11:30pm.

This is the audience we'd like to attract:

• Guilds who are having attendance issues and are at their wit's end.
• Guilds who would like to fold their 10m into a 25m, but can't get the people.
• Guilds with attrition issues.
• Guilds with a strong smaller core that is tired of carrying a weaker raid around it.
• Groups of friends who would like to have the chance to raid together.
• Any situation where there are some good, strong core members that would like to bolster an already strong guild to further progression.

This is a tense issue, and "merge" is not what would transpire, though we would come to some kind of terms that would work for your situation and help create a win-win situation for all. Our goal is for Natural Order to continue to grow on our casual schedule and maintain a US ranking that rivals guilds which raid more often than we do (thus high standards).

As an expansion comes to a close, and as springtime draws near, attrition accelerates. Instead of being in a stressful situation, you can simply join us, alleviate the stress, and press on into further content.

We would be interested in speaking with officers/guild masters, solely or groups of people on our mumble server if you have at least some heroic Dragon Soul experience, in either 10 man or 25 man. Please note Natural Order will remain a 25-man.
