Rare drops on alts club

So yeah, I just got a big love rocket on my alt. Hoping the achievement changes in the future will save me from despair. Anyone else had similar good/bad luck?

I avoid stuff that can be random for my alts, until I have it on my main char.
As I tried it ones during a brewfest event.. got Kodo + ram on alt, and nothing on my main. Which felt kinda meh.

I got my Kodo for my main char 2 years after I got it on my alt thou.... >.< I really wish they would do those bags you get BoA. Would solve so many problems.

If it drops randomly and does not affect gameplay (companions, mounts, fashion items, fun items) it should ALWAYS be BoA

I got the HH mount on all 4 of my alts and not my main. My main of course being the mount collector....

Both of my alts have the Headless Horseman mount, and my main still does not. I also gave away a ZG raptor because I was on an alt during the run, little did I know it was the only really bright green raptor.

Alt was lucky enough to find a good camel figurine in Uldum. Main keeps getting the vendor dust ones.

Headless horseman's mount x 2 on my mage (one learned, one in bank because I can't bare to delete it).
Both brewfest mounts on my scrub DK alt, only managed to get the ram on my main.
Razzashi raptor dropped for my DK when boosting my girlfriend's level 60 warrior in ZG, I couldn't bare to see it go to a DK, even my own, so I gave her it. Luckily I eventually got the tiger on my main so everything was hunky-dory.

The DK has since been deleted, meaningless character page clutter, although I wish I'd held on to him now what with the eventual sharing of mounts across characters. At least the only loss in this case is the kodo, and the raptor sits dormant on an alt on an inactive account to someday be revived in a better content patch

I've seen all kinds of mounts drop... Ashes from TK, stonecore drakes, zulian panthers, flametalons, etc, etc..... only mount I've ever won however, is the battle bear from the timed run, which I don't even count as a rare drop because you force it to drop by completing the time race.. and it was on an alt so I ended up giving it away. Having things drop for me is far from the issue, it's winning them.

Yep, pretty much. Only thing I have on my alt that I don't have on my main is the Red AQ Mount.

Got an alt with Horseman's mount, but the real kick in the balls is the alt with the Aeonaxx mount... even worse, it's my druid alt. I cringe every time i enter storm peaks on an alt, expecting that npcscan alert, but so far i've been spared that pain.

I got the blue proto-drake (the one on Skadi in Utgarde) on my rogue alt back in LK -_-

On the bright side, mounts, pets and achievements should all be account-wide in MoP, so lucky you.

I for one try to avoid farming things on alts, it drives me nuts to see them get lucky (which they WILL) when my main does not.

During WotLK I was my warlock and won blue proto drake in Utgarde Pinnacle and to this day still it doesn't have epic flying skill.

Both my priest and DK have gotten Attumen's mount while my main has not... that was... frustrating, especially since my priest got it after something lame like 3 runs (while my paladin has been trying since mid-BC).

HH mount dropped for my alt paladin that I never play (still 80!) -- I honestly regret even trying to get it with that char. I just wanted to see if the RNG God truly hated me... apparently he just has a sick sense of humor. HH mount is my favorite in the entire game.

Been camping TL-PD quite a few times on my mage, but only found dead ones so far
