The Iron Fist has been a leading guild on Kargath for 7 years. Currently we're 3/8H with Morchok, Zon'ozz, Hagara down. We have an excellent reputation on the server and seek exceptional players who are also a good fit for our unique guild culture to uphold our standards and principles. Current 25p ranking: US 278.

Raid times: Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, Monday 8-12 EST (Server Time)

Of note:

• 7 year solid history on Kargath with mature, stable leadership

• Mounts earned from the previous 3 tiers for all raiders (Uld, ICC, FL) while it was current content

• Realm First: Fall of the Lich King (Heroic), pre-Cata

• Realm First Heroic: The Twilight Destroyer (Halion)

• Realm First Grand Crusader with A Tribute To Insanity (ToC)

• Raids are streamed live

• We maintain a small roster of 30-35. No one is recruited for the bench. Sit-outs are evenly and fairly distributed.

• DKP loot system.

• Raids are extremely well-run with a raid leader who never yells while holding all accountable.

TIF's long term success and solid history are due to a guild atmosphere built consciously through careful recruitment. Every member of TIF is expected to abide by our code of conduct that includes honorable, respectful treatment of others. We do not tolerate harassment, bigoted or discriminatory remarks, trade spamming, excessive bragging, or not being team-oriented. The player’s attitude, their abilities, and contribution to our overall success will be the driving factors in our selection.
