It's hard to choose one, but I think Treize Khushrenada has got to be up there with my favourite villains. Classy, chivalrous and cunning. He's such a magnificent bastard that it's hard not to like him though. At some points, I find myself wanting him to win!

Char Aznable and Haman Karn from Mobile Suit Gundam/ZZ Gundam/Char's Counter Attack. I didn't really want them to die, but they are both badass in their own regard.

Kenpachi Zaraki from first main part of bleach (in soul society). Not so much a villian but at the time i thought he was, and i thought he was so awesome.
