Definitely Alistair from Dragon Age: Origins.
He's got everything I could ever ask for in a man and more. He's also got a weak and wounded side, which makes him even more adorable and lovable in my eyes. I'm not one for relationships and despise the thought of marriage, but if he existed in real life, I would marry him in a heartbeat. Sadly I know that he's just a video game character and will stay that way.
Don't think there are many men with traits similar to him in this world.
