You will be stealing cars during all of those missions and driving them as though you did in fact steal it. lol.
Mario is about jumping. There are activities and enemies which need to be killed and levels which need to be completed. But the entire time you are doing anything at all, you will be jumping.

I don't see what everyone is complaining about. I was able to get online just fine yesterday, though it wasn't really fun when everyone is griefing each other.
This is pretty much sums up my GTA Online play so far.
I got into it around 13-14:00 (its 22:20 now so do the math compairing it to where ur from).
I like the way its set up, you have an instance world, and you enter another instance when you do a mission.
HOWEVER
Jesus christ what a community. Half the people just run around killing everything in sight, preferrably players. And not once, twice, nop. Ive seen people die 30 times in 5 mins due to griefers. Instead of actually teaming up and taking down armored vehicles, sad as hell. Gonna be a loooooong road to get a condo.
im stuck in a loop
"the rockstar cloud servers are unavailable right now, pleae try again later"
next
"the connection to the rockstar cloud servers has been restored, would you like to retry?"
yes
"the rockstar cloud seevers are unavailable right now, please try again later"
repeat.

he actually got to play online?
ive been trying to play on and off all day, never been able to start the first race and i cant even go on solo play.
Not sure if this has been posted before, but the Zero Punctuation review has been posted:

Warning: He is not very fond of it.
For the exact same reason I couldn't stand Red Dead Redemption "online", it's why i've stayed clear of the multiplayer lobies so far. I've hit about rank 7 or 8 just playing solo and already got the "Hold up all 20 stores Trophy". You can run quite a few missions (least all the ones from Simeon and Lamar's drug dealer were fine), as well as play most races solo too.
I've got about 30k in the bank which isn't much, since the cheapest apartment costs about 90k. Strangely, if you run races solo and set them to "GTA mode", the ammo that you pickup actually transfers out of the map. There's one race that goes around the airport that you can set to 1 lap, no cops, no traffic and can be finished in about a minute flat, so you could "grind" out ammo there and never be shot at.
I think if you're playing the game with friends on your own little island it'll be fun. Trying to get 15 other people to co-operate when everyones available to be killed just isn't worth the hassle
Has anyone else had this gamebreaking bug???????
To start off I am annoyed about the online but I can wait for it and I figured there would be problems like this anyway. My problem is this gamebreaking bug for me where I can not progress in the SP story. I have done all side missions and main missions that it let me do.
For about 3 hours I had to sleep and relaunch the game to just to be able to call toyna and do the Tow missions with franklin. It also seems for some the game has been skipping missions since the new patch.
I got no problem with the online being messed up and I get why it is but when updating it breaks SP it piss's me off. I am now stuck and I dropped a lot of hours into GTA today just to do at most 9 missions....
Has anyone else had this problem?
Seems there is a few threads on http://www.ps3trophies.org/ talking about bugs like it.
Also to let people know I am playing a hardcopy on the ps3 and did not deal with any bugs until this. Also the only thing online I been able to do was the starting race that it did not save so now each time I try to go online it try's to repeat it and locks up.

Got online a few hours ago, it's pretty good. Fairly standard mix of co-op missions, races and deathmatches, I did find myself wondering what to do at times, but you get a steady flow of mission alerts through the phone. Making money doesn't seem as easy as they claimed, and you do get prompted to buy from the store. I also haven't really noticed much interaction in the game world. Most of my time was spent in instanced missions.
Weird. Can get onto the server now, but my rank 8 character is nolonger there. I saw it save, so it should be in the cloud somewhere..
