I know there is a sticky and all for guilds, but one common question new players ask is what server/guild should I join. Of course there are a lot of different people giving a lot of different advice, and the simple truth is, that what guild you want to join depends on what you are looking for in a guild. Conveniently, some crazy person came up with the ideal guild quiz.

Currently there are 65 different guilds registered in the quiz, and what they do is answer a bunch of questions about their guild. This then gets logged, and people looking for a guild take the same quiz, and it matches your answers to the best guild candidates. Pretty simple process for people looking for guilds, and a bit of back and forth for guilds wanting to add themselves to the quiz.
