Sic' em vs Careful aim

So i was playing around on female dwarf and i took 2 points out of sic em and put them into careful aim, and i got about 240 dps increase,
and so did my fellow guildie hunter, but then i took Devai from paragon, and he lost dps going from sic' em too Careful aim, and i can't figure out why,( i tested both with and without raid buffs) and i don't know if i should use careful aim, or not.. could anyone help me?

Cause when a boss is under 90 percent it becomes a wasted stat

sic em is with you till the boss dies

so you may see big increases at the start but that quickly drops off

You didn't spec your wolf properly. You should be taking 2 points into Wild Hunt instead of Shark Attack.

i think CA can be good on fights with a lot of adds such as madness, zon ozz etc but you'd have to have another survival spec just for single target fights.
