Dream Team is an Alliance raiding guild that formed in February 07' one month after the release of The Burning Crusade expansion on the Blade's Edge server. Originally a 25m casual raid team, some of the like-minded members decided to down-sized to a 10m raid team to push progression with the ultimate goal of server firsts.

We are a guild of mostly career minded professionals that raid later in the evening due to our day jobs, educational goals, and commitment to our families. Our goal is simple: have fun and conquer every instance Blizzard has to offer by employing a hardcore raiding discipline countered by a softcore raiding schedule.

Raid Schedule and Progression:
We currently raid Tuesday(9p-11p), Thursday (9p-12p), and Sunday (7pm-11pm) server time.

Dragon Soul: 3/7 Heroic
Firelands: 6/7Heroic + META achievement mounts

We ideally like to run with 12-13 man roster on our 10m team. This is to allow for a wider selection of comps that maybe needed with certain progression kills. Also this helps us continue to run if 1 or 2 members will be gone on any given raid day for RL reasons. So we ask that all the members be flexible and don’t mind being rotated out for some fights or even some nights (if the whole night is spent on one progression kill). We will obvious endeavor to rotate the others in on subsequent kills.

Loot System:
Suicide Kings (with rare loot council on some pieces)

Recruitment Opportunities:
We currently have a limited amount of openings in the following roles to help round out the guild with an appropriate class mix.

High Priority (Hybrid Class: need a back-up tank and back-up healer):
Death Knight - Unholy or Frost DPS with Blood OS
Priest - Shadow DPS with Holy/Disc OS

Medium Priority
Paladin – Ret DPS with Prot (preferred) OS or Holy OS
Druid – Feral/Moonkin DPS with Feral tank OS (preferred) or Resto OS

***We will also consider any exceptional players with other classes/specs***

Requirements:
• Must be level 85.
• Must have a minimum gear item level of 378, including all craftable and/or reputation epics.
• No open recruitment applications to other guilds.
• Appropriate gems and enchants on your weapons and armor.
• Available to raid Tuesday(9p-11p), Thursday (9p-12p), and Sunday (7pm-11pm) server time
• 10 and/or 25man Raid Experience, preferably hard modes.
• Ventrilo and a working mic.
• You can follow directions when needed, and don't mind constructive criticism.
• You can give constructive criticism in a helpful manner.
• Don’t mind Rotating/Sitting out at times when certain progression kills don’t require your spec/class
