Sub finishers rotation

For sub Pve what do you guys use as a fnisher rotation. Say its an immobile fight. Once Rupture is up do you use Evis every other 5stack

Rup>SnD>Evis>Recup>Evis
or
Rup>SnD>Recup>Evis (With this one I find its a lot more likely that rupture falls off)

It's not exactly a set rotation.

Once rupture, slice and dice, and recup are active, then you will just want to refresh them all, ideally with as little clipping as possible.

use evis if the following -> rupture is about to drop off
use recoup if -> using somethign else would result in you not being able to get back to 5 points and refresh recoup without it droping off
use snd -> when you have <3 secs left any combo ammount

-> if none of the above evis.

as your haste level goes up your number of evis's goes up as you can get more in before having to refresh something else.

IF you are going to have to drop something it would preferably be recup.

Now if the toss up is between rupture and snd it depends if the rupture is buffed from Mater of Sublety. Try to keep that initial rupture up for as long as possible.
Vanish helps in this case as well.
