Because development is ongoing during testing, it should be noted that all changes and updates listed in the patch notes should be considered incomplete and are subject to change or removal before release to the live servers. The Public Test Server patch notes will be provided in English. The final release notes will be provided in English, French, and German when the content is moved to live servers.
General
The key formerly bound to /bug can now be mapped to any action and no longer opens the /bug window. The command is no longer able to be bound to a quickslot, but player can still type /bug in chat to open a new bug report.
Classes and Combat
General
Using abilities with indirect targeting (such as area of effect abilities) will no longer cause players to be flagged for PvP if a PvP-flagged player from the opposing faction is within the ability’s range, and the ability will have no effect on the PvP-flagged player.
Imperial Agent
Operative
Medical Therapy: Kolto Probe and Recuperative nanotech will now properly benefit from this skill.
Bounty Hunter
Powertech
Carbonize: PvP armor for Combat Tech will no longer prevent this skill from stunning enemies.

Casting Mind Trap will no longer cause Soa to lose threat against his primary target.

There is no knowing without doubt.
In order to "fix" this they have to completly remake the /stuck feature.
It's not a pvp exploit, it's just using a feature ingame that allow you to get back to where you where before.
You can use it in pve too while leveling to quickly get back to your "corps" when you hit and release and go to the nearest medical center.
Making it unusable in ilum would be hard. What is somebody really get stuck on ilum? now they can't /stuck anymore?

Fairly certain this was a bug introduced after a patch or an update, I've been able to use /stuck in there before without being teleported to another place.
It is an exploit, especially when you're fighting 10v10 and you kill off a healer for him to return, instantly, full on health and full on their resource. It is funny though, when someone jumps you and you kill them only to have them /stuck back and die again. It would also help stamp out kill-trading just that little bit more, on The Exile's Crystal it's all but been stamped out by players on both factions, though I've no doubt it'll still be tried.
Thank god it's going up, tired of playing wack-a-mole with my sentinel, it's been impossible to plan what ability to hit next with the UI the way it is. Now if they can only fix the /stuck feature so it doesn't kill you in a flashpoint when a boss knocks you into the textures and you get stuck. And for fuks sake they REALLY need to fix when your character getting locked out of a heroic if you die on the final boss and your party manages to kill him before you can get back in (or in the case of getting instagibbed on the final phase of false emperor when he knocks you off the platform and you respawn outside the instance RIGHT when your party manages to knock Malgus off the platform as well).

Again. why do people comment after seeing the PTS patch notes? Exploit fixes aren't normally mentioned in PTS notes for obvious reasons (confirmed by BW). Anyway this is fixed on live servers:
