I imagine this would be a fun topic. If you could embody any known super hero or villain who would it be? I'm not talking just abilities here, this includes their personality, what they stand for and who they work with and the tasks they carry out.
Personally I would have to go with the Spectre, a vengeful spirit with the ability to punish in any way he wills.

And an ability of creating new demons out of those souls. Battle capabilities would be way more than enough to defeat Kid Buu of DBZ. He's an hero to his people, but an villain to those that threaten him and his people.
