Maybe the belt.

Will be a big upgrade from a 378 to a 397 imho.

Whichever is the biggest upgrade, and won't be replaced any time soon by drops.

You should try get gear with haste on it, and then go for the haste break point on 2005 haste. So the Valor Point belt is very good.
