Looking for some help/input (Titan related)

I was searching the interwebs for some Titan info/speculation and I came across these two videos:

They claim to be in-game videos of Titan. Let me state that I don't believe they are at this point but I would like your help/input on this, is this footage from another game? Do you recognize it from another game that is still in progress? The footage seems way too advanced/detailed to be some homemade project.

I would really like to see this invalidated but if not, well it's something to wonder about isn't it.

The first is a video from the Heaven DX11 Benchmark and the second looks like it is also from a benchmark program.

Both are from Benchmarks, i cant for the life of me remember the name of the second one.
