I hate how Acrobatics improves boon duration, but the Thief has so many limited boons to self-apply. :S

Seems like a line designed mostly to compliment other lines since it's major traits seem to be pretty diverse in usefulness.
Also Combined Tactics seems like a pretty nice trait.

Many of the traits in it are actually good, I just hate that Concentration seems like such a useless attribute for Thieves.

Quick Recovery
Power of Inertia
Vigorous Recovery
Fleet Shadow
And others can be good too, depending on your skill selection and weapon choice.

Can you trait your self around never using steal?
Right now my spec works around steal and poisons but looking at acrobatics could it work?

But if your not comboing it with a trait that involves steal it could be a bit random at times...

In the build I make I usually put at least 1 trait towards steal (the one that stealths you when you use it). Seems like an easy way to get a few bonuses even if you don't actually use the mechanics of it.

Combat feels long in this game i don't think 30 seconds is all that long, plus steal with traits is like having a extra utility abilities, cooldown seems appropriate for it.
Right now when i pop steal i get poison debuff,aoe blind, 3 initiative, and might fury swiftness buff for group. sounds quite op for 30sec cooldown
