There seems to be some discussion on people saying that Taurens and gnomes are for kids and stuff like that. So let's see which race scores the highest on the childish-meter!
Humans
Dwarves
Gnomes
Draenei
Night Elves
Worgen
Orcs
Tauren
Trolls
Forsaken
Blood Elves
Goblins
Pandaren
None of them!
All of them!

Pandaren seem to be far in the lead at the moment.

hey look a thinly disguised "Pandaren are childish" thread again.
how quaint.
OT: the answer is none...or all. i guess that one's up to you.

also of note. having only a 1 vote advantage over 2 separate options after 20minutes of threadlife doesn't qualify as "far in the lead" but i applaud your effort for trying to influence the vote.
Blood elves, since most people i meet who play them seem to be between 10-17 year old

The only one I really think is gnomes. I like to RP just a little and take my chars seriously like with my xmog and everything, and I just...can't take a gnome seriously, no matter what class I make it or however I make it look.
id have to say gnomes with their little bodies but massive heads, hands and feet. But i still LOVE my hat that turns me into a pirate gnome. (so much win!).
On horde side i dunno where people can call taurens childish. their friggin minataurs! I dare you to travel back to ancient greece head into that maze and call the minataur childish. he'll be wearing your skull as a nutcup in no time. I suppose goblins could fit into the childish category but tbh i just find them funny. Their proportions are more correct for a creature of that size and they just make me lol, plus rockets make everything cooler by 80%.
As for the never ending "pandaren are childish" im not 100% sure but if i came across a panda in full plate with spikes all over duel weilding a pair of giant mofo swords i dont think id be calling him childish. Will wait till their in game and i see how they work. Obviously if their jump animation look like their skipping and their voice animations are done to make them sound like toddlers i will rethink my previous statement.
Have you ever stepped on a lego piece while barefoot?
Can you recall that exquisitely piercing and utterly unforgettable pedal agony? Now imagine what would happen if you were to step on between 10 and 25 angry, well armed lego pieces which are all acting in brutal concert, and tell me how that would go for you.
Plus they have magic and sharp objects.
Well kids like to play something that makes them look ferocious and big, yet cute. So I'd say pandaren followerd by tauren. Tauren however get the benefit of doubt because they're... well... cows, and not many children want to play a talking cow, they want something that's been seen as cute before, and bears are cute, many plushies are bears yet I never saw a cow plushie.
None of them.
How can people say that pandaren are childish!?!?!? THEY LOOK FUCKING BEAST!!![]()
Aesthetically, probably gnomes. In terms of average player behaviour, probably orc and human males. I'm sure there are plenty of cool people who roll those types of toons, in fact, I have played with several, but I just seem to meet a lot of bad eggs who happen to be playing orc or human males.

i have forever altered your life. i feel good about this.
I can't say that I think there is one particular race that sticks out as more appealing to children.. I guess Gnomes maybe because they're small and somewhat cute - I'm not a kid, so I don't know. Perhaps they'd prefer to play something big and ferocious like a Worgen or pretty like a Blood Elf.
But if I'm taking them as a whole, all of the races have their dark sides/dark moments in their history that reduces their child-like factor for me.

Orcs. Both due to what their once-noble race has become and due to the sort of players that are attracted to "THE BAD GUYS WITH THE BIG SHOULDERS".
Meh.
Gnomes, with panda's a close second
