This is a low clone, high phantasm build. The only reason to switch to sword is for the focus which reflects projectiles and blurred frenzy which is a 2 second invincibility on a 10 sec cd which is 1000x better then scepters block. You switch to sword when you can not make the distance or need a reflect.
The main stat focus is pretty well spread out with vitality taking the shorter end of the stick because stat combinations with amulets. (I mean seriously, there are not enough combinations for amulets/gems and the ones we got are pretty bad.)
Phantasmal haste is probably a must. It shortens focus phantasms reflect cd and berserkers cripple which are both essential. Persisting images is for phantasmal defender.
In case you haven't noticed mesmers have a dead regeneration combo from minor traits. Phantasmal healing grants regeneration which is increased by healing which procs illusionary membrane, combined with clerity (10% shorter cd) every time you pop a phantasm you get protection.
Reason I picked mirror was because of my high healing power of almost 1k. The max healing power you can have is like 1300 with full focused amulets/gems/traits and 1475 with runes. Since I don't know how much healing healing power increases its an experiment atm to see if 1k is enough.
All 6-0 skills can be changed to whatever you want. You can drop 10 points in toughness (I picked it up for the invisibility) into something else if you want. I went with a more group focused set up this time. However phantasmal defender is a must and I recommend some kind of condition removal, thievery is actually better than null field as it transfers all conditions and boons. It will stomp engineers and guardians and prevent those nasty bleed warriors (with their 20 stacks of bleeds...) from killing you. However I went with null field for the group thing.
I am taking rune suggestions though.
