I differ on literally every point you made. The sound quality is sub par, it's bass is lacking, it's trebles aren't as crisp as they should be. The design is fragile and prone to dust/dirt buildup on the cloth parts. My ATH-m50's are significantly more comfortable, grip the head in a more secure but non-intrusive way. And you can't get much more unobtrusive than the Zalman clip on, whereas the Cacharias' microphone is completely nonadjustable.
Not to mention that the cabling on that is horrible. Most people dont even manage to get 2 years out of the charisas.
