Yes.

As a feral, there is a massive variation in quality of rogue though.

I think on a equal skill and gear level, at least right now, the feral will always win. Bear Form + Thorns + Barkskin/Survival Instinct, Demo Roar - nothing that a Rogue can do. And there is always the beloved Frenzied Regeneration left.

yeah that's what i feared unless a can down them with a really quick burst before they hit bear i am toast the only thing i think i could do is roll dwarf to get rid of bleeds

note that you can run into a prot specced feral pvping, that's very hard to deal with
