Northern Shiverpeaks
Sorrow's Furnace
Crystal Desert
DarkHaven
That is my first time seeing that first trailer.. AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH GW. WTF.
None of the enemies look like anything you ever fight besides the bone dragon. And even that's a stretch.
(not to mention that the warrior is DWing.. but we won't bother with that.)
You mean the bridge with the pillars of the monsters that don't exist, that could fit into pretty much any volcanic region ever? I'm sure you're right. (let's ignore the fact that Ascalon doesn't have volcanoes popping out of the ground)
And the Devona I remember didn't dual wield.
If it's on ring of fire, the structures are out of place. If it's in Ascalon, the fire is out of place.
Those look nothing like gargoyles, and while that enemy has some similarities to executioners.. executioners were nowhere near ascalon OR the ring of fire.

oh it is!
buggy a bit. But what Total War game isn't. lol
It also has a thing called Realm Divide once you get close enough to Kyoto. Which, without mods, kind of screws you over immensely on higher difficulties. And even on easy sometimes. It's hard to describe really...but the most important thing is...diplomacy no longer works. Ever.
But aside from that, it is so damn fun. Especially for someone like me who is a huge Japanese history/lore/mythos fan. The sengoku period is just fascinating to read about and it's so fun to play a Total War game set in the period.
Thanks! You've sufficiently twisted my arm haha.
There's something really immersive about the total war games. I sometimes load up Rome just to listen to the music
Quite an asian culture fan too so I think I'd really like Shogun 2. The trailers look really nice....but at this point I wasn't sure if I should just wait for the next Total War game. But nah, then i'd just miss out! :-O
To steam!
I'm going to cry like a little baby when Logan and Rytlock reconcile and have a glorious man-hug
