Problem with healthbars

I have a problem, i have 2 healthbars on mobs..
One is obviusly Tidy Plates but cant find out where the other one comes from.

I am using TukUI but cant find anything about that in the options.
Can someone help me with what addon it is that f*cks it up?

Use the tried and tested method of disabling the rest of your add-ons and re-enabling them one by one until the problem re-appears, at which point you have your culprit.

The other could look like Aloft, but if not try disabling half of your addons, then if the problem is still there disable half of those and so on.
