[A] Synthesis (10) - Kul Tiras EU - 6/8 HC DS - Recruiting
We are looking for players who can follow our main guild rules:
You must be 18 or over and act mature and responsible.
* You represent Synthesis the moment you are accepted into this guild. This means that you should behave yourself; not only in the guild but also outside when you are in a PuG or just talking with someone else in game. When we notice you have a bad attitude we will act appropriately towards this.
- Be able to attend at least 75% of the raids per month.
* Synthesis is a hardcore raiding guild with really strong raiding core that aims for end-game content, in order to do so we need to be sure we can rely on our members to be active.
- You know your class inside out in every sense of the word.
* You know every little aspect of your class and are willing to read up on changes in class mechanics (after patches, for example). This will be discussed in class specific forums and we expect you to take an active role in this. This also means you have the right gear, right enchants, right gems and right spec to optimize your raid role.
- Dedication and General Activity.
* We expect every member to be dedicated. This means you show up for raids, you are willing to change your spec when the situation asks you to. This also means we expect you to read and use the forums active, meaning take an active role in discussions and say what is on your mind but keep it clean. We don't want any blaming or flaming going on, when you have something to nag about you can turn to one of the officers.
- We expect every member to at least attend 75% of the raids per month.
- The estimated end time of our raids are about 23:00. However it is possible that the raids will be extended till 23:30 due to progression.
Pre-Raid:
Before the raid even starts we expect you to have your stuff sorted, being:
- You are actually outside the raid instance when the invites are handed out (30 minutes prior to raid start), at the meeting stone.
- You have enough elixirs/flasks/food/oils/bandages to make it through a whole raid. (Take 4 hours as a guideline)
- You have repaired fully.
- You have read and the tactics.
- You have all necessary addons/software installed.
- Tactics will be posted on these forums, but we expect you to put some effort in this yourself as well.
- Failure in being fully prepared leads to no raid invitation and/or other consequences.
Attitude:
- Whenever the Raid leaders are explaining something about a tactic on Ventrilo, please sit back and listen. IE don't talk on Ventrilo and leave the raid channel as clean as possible.
- No posting of damage meters in the raid channel. We're raiding as a guild, it's a guild effort. We don't wish to know, during the raid, who out DPSed or out healed who. WWS will be running every single raid for recap AFTER the raid.
- We expect you to follow the tactics posted on the forums and maintained by the Raid leaders. There's little room for personal glory, we're running a guild not a competition.
* Failure into having the right attitude will lead to a raid kick and/or other consequences.
