Custom sound files not working since 4.3.3

I don't know if it's because of the repair i had to do, or what else. I have tried downloading and installing them again and i've also tried moving the sound map around but i can't get it to work. I haven't actually tried the water elemental and worgen sniff, but the "burnout" sound when pressing a spell on cooldown/already being casted is back when it should be muted. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Change the file types to ".ogg", they seem to have made a switch from ".wav" to ".ogg" on some spells this patch.
