A skinny panda is a sign of a panda with starvation problems. They're constantly eating and building up fat because bamboo isn't exactly the best substance for pandas due to their mostly carnivorous digestive system.

I like how they act like it's a good thing they dump green crap in a river for St. Patty's day. It just boggles my mind that they can get away with it in this day and age.
