Lord help me, I STILL don't understand LFR loot rules.

As the title says, I still don't understand loot rules for LFR. This is NOT a QQ thread; this is a legitimate "I dun get it" thread.

I recently was asked to reroll to Ret, and I still need 2 tier pieces, and a strength trinket, but people have been telling me mixed things about how to go about getting them. Some people tell me: "OH GO HOLY, YOU GET A ROLL BONUS ON TIER" Which I would consider doing if that is true. I can't find documentation about healers getting extra bonuses on tier, but I have a feeling that it's somehow true? I don't exactly know and I can't exactly find anything saying one way or another. ALSO, I'm still rolling around with the 379 Broach trinket, and I would LOOOooOoOOOOOooove to get my hands on a Creche or Bonelinked, seeing as how I have a regular Eye. Would I still get a roll bonus on a strength trinket if I were to go into an LFR as Holy? Any help would be appreciated ._.

Go holy for a faster que, all specs of paladin will get an equal roll on tier.

    Tokens:
Everyone who can use gets a bonus. If you are not of the classes mentioned on a token, you can't even roll need.
    Trinkets:
Healers only get bonus for trinkets that are:
    -INT based
    -procs a heal
    -procs from a heal
-has some sort of mana regen

    So for your question:
If you want tier tokens, going in as any spec will net you the same chance.
If you want ret trinkets, queue as ret.
If you want ret non-tier pieces, queue as ret.

Thank you so, so very much. You rule.
