Hello and welcome to Most Wanted's official recruitment thread for 25M raiding! Most Wanted has been a guild since early TBC and plan on being one for a long time. We've always had a great time raiding and want to keep that fun-with-progresssion-in-mind attitude. We are a later evening raiding guild.
We are looking for either of the following:

Currently we are putting emphasis on 25M raiding and are recruiting for our M-T-W raid that goes from 9:30PM - 12:30AM PST. We are a 25M group of awesome that is now 4/8HM, and pushing Heroic Warlord Zon'ozz with many attempts to 35-45% in just two days. We are looking for geared and experienced players who have the drive to progress and have fun at the same time. While we only raid 9 hours a week total, which some consider a casual schedule, you're expected to have the correct spec/enchants/blahblahblah before stepping into our raids. Once there we expect you to maintain these standards without anyone having to remind you. We're going to default that you're an adult that can honestly manage and assess themself, hand holding is something we don't do.
Guild Information:
As you may or may not have noticed this guild gets a lot of attention from a variety of different players. Those are trolls both inside and outside the guild who find it amusing to troll other players or themselves just to initiate a response. Some people play WoW in this guild, some people play Trollcraft.
With that said we started back in TBC with the schedule we're still raiding under. Back then however most people laughed saying how that schedule would not accomplish anything. We managed to clear all T5, virtually all T6 in the last months of the expansion.
Then in WotLK we kept on pushing through content. We stayed current and never fell behind the curve as far as progression goes until the expansion started to wind down. Our greatest achievement as a guild was killing H.Anubarak 25M with 45 or more kills remaining, which few guilds in the world achieved. After the raiding started to become less frequent we grabbed our remaining members and made them filthy rich by doing GDKP runs, something that I would like to do again.
In Cata we got off to a late start, but as our logs show we still are record breakers. We strive to be the best while having fun at the same time.
As stated before the guild is a fun first with a heavy emphasis on progression. We will not keep you past raid times unless you want to. We do not structure the guild like it's a job, the only part we expect you to perform is during the actual raid. We expect everyone to get along without guild leadership telling you how to conduct yourselves as adults. Everyone pulling their weight makes raiding fun, so keep that in mind.
Final thoughts:
Generally, not even specifically applying to our guild, if you're applying to a guild that is progressed and you're not full gemmed/enchanted/know your offspec or have a general lack of knowledge in regards to your character save yourself and the guild's time by not applying. Progression guilds do no want to carry you, gear you alts, or do anything specific to you. You bring virtually nothing to a guild while a guild brings virtually everything to you.
Use some common knowledge. Pretty much evaluate yourself before the guild evaluates you. Chances are any guild is going to tear you apart regardless of how prepared you think you are. Be prepared for things to not be sugar coated and learn to roll with the blows.
