4/8h weekend lf dps

<Inevitably Pro> is LFM DPS (ranged) for our core 10 man group. We raid two days on the weekend Friday 9pm-1am CST and Sunday 7pm-11pm CST

We do progression but consider ourselves a weekend laid back raiding Guild (which is doing better than a lot of hardcore guilds). This means we do not spend 3 nights or 4 nights pushing one boss. We dedicate 2 hours max for progress on a boss and then move on!

Some of our raiders have gotten slack and feel comfy, so to continue progress they must go.
