[H] <Spectre> Emerald Dream - 25M recruiting for Heroic modes progression

<Spectre> is a PvP guild with a dedicated 25 man raid schedule focused on enjoying the progression of raiding and content together.

Spectre has only recently come back to WoW, beginning our 25 man raids as of January 8th, we are currently only 8/8 but actively looking to round out a couple of core spots for HM progression. We are looking for raiders who are reliable and dedicated to aggressively pursuing progression. Our core contains members who have raided content from BC to Wrath HM progression and have completed, as Spectre, Heroic ICC prior to Cataclysm and ended our previous raid schedule with top 5 server into Firelands progression.

Paladin - Holy, Low / Prot, Med / Ret, Low
Priest - Heal, Medium / Shadow, Medium

Shaman - Heal, High / Ele, Low / Enhance, High
Warlock - High
Warrior - Tank, Medium / DPS, Low

Raid Times

Our raid times are Wednesday 8:30-11:30 PM EST and Sunday 1-5 PM EST, two days only. You will be expected to maintain an 80% attendance with at least a 15 minute login prior to raid outside the instance with all applicable consumables.

Loot

Loot is maintained by loot council and distributed based on Best in Slot, attendance, seniority, and loot received. The order varies, but BiS is a priority with the remaining factors affecting less black and white decisions.

We will more than likely be moving into a DKP based system once MoP launches, but being as how we have only recently returned to WoW, the mass recruitment and trial period has made it necessary to maintain a loot council.

We are not fond of written applications beyond the necessary details and maintain a brief questioning with an emphasis of our process on in game and teamspeak interaction and progress, but please fill out the application thoroughly, we still read them.

You will be required to download teamspeak3 and use a mic.

You will be required to research provided knowledge of encounters prior to pull
You will be required to be fully gemmed, enchanted, repaired, and ready with all appropriate consumables. (According to fights, double potting may be required.)
