[H][25] nWo - Kazzak, 3d/w, 6/8HC Recruiting for Dragon Soul and Beyond

nWo (New World Order) is a guild that has been around for a while on Kazzak. Formed by former hardcore raiders as a successor to the well-known and successful guild Death Note from the Burning Crusade days it is a project which is all about raiding, however, without the burden of doing it 5 days a week. nWo is striving to have quality, not quantity when it comes to PvE content but still encourages activity both during raid times and out as we know this is what builds great gaming communities. You can expect to see such a community should you choose to join us with all the benefits from this you can imagine.
nWo's requirements to all potential candidates are similar to what you would expect from guilds standing strong around the mid-tier of progress. Your character needs to be well built, with proper set of gems and enchants and you need to be able to justify your choices on gear, talents and glyphs. Along this we require good language skills and the ability to speak on Ventrilo if needed. We like our players active on the social side of WoW which is impossible without these two.
In return you can expect a solid guild which has proven its stability over two major content patches already. We have a really great bunch of players which have lust for progress, achievements and PvP, making sure you won't get bored while in-game. This is further ensured by both organized and spontaneous out-of-raid activities everyone can participate in. Purely on the raid side you can expect a bit more free form raiding style in which people are not discouraged from speaking their minds and management which puts the ability to listen on the top of its priorities. We are using a fair Loot Council system for our 25-mans. This lets us award people who are active and bring their A-play constantly a lot more a than regular point-based cheating-prone system allows.
In the future our plans are to grow and improve our results in the PvE scene. Our raiding team has always been a work-in-progress and we plan to keep it this way. This means we are constantly looking for these right individuals who, by bringing their A-play, can help us achieve our goals as a team and as a gaming community. We are also not one of these guilds that overstack and don't care when players get less spots than they like. We are striving to keep a balanced roster in which every raider has an important place.
With this said, our core 25-man raiding team has spots open for outstanding players of the following classes. Please have in mind that if you are one of those rare individuals that have both talent and passion for the game you are more than welcome to apply even though your class isn't listed.

It was mentioned above that we are not one of those guilds raiding 5-days. Our raiding schedule is more relaxed and includes 3 mandatory and 1 optional raid. The latter is used for when a boss is very close to dying or for some raid-wide guild activities. Being optional our raiders are never penalized for being unable to show for it.
