Frost 2h dmg issue

Hi, in the past few days I´m discovering dmg issues where my dmg is sinking to hard, was there anything I missed or is it just me?

Frost has really only had minor damage nerfs all throughout cata.
I would change glove enchant to strength tho. And you can lose 42 hit by reforging.

It's all about how many km procs you get anyway.
