Cant sign into PSN.

Hey guys, I realize this is just a general forum but I wanted to see if anyone had experienced this before.

Anyway, I just tried to log into PSN to play some battlefield when I encountered an error.. "You must sign in with the master account to accept the ToS again before you can sign in."

Now, the problem is, I am the only one using the ps3 and my account is the only one on there, so I dont know what this "master" account is, and therefore cannot log onto it to accept the ToS...

Has anyone encountered this before? If so, how did you fix it?

They are doing Maintainence till like 1-2 in the morning. probably effecting it.
