No. The engine is horrible and makes everything feel clunky, the customer support is atrocious, and it's just an undeveloped WoW clone.
The leveling experience is nice if you can get around the clunky engine. It also is fully voice-acted. Leveling doesn't make a game good.

If it is better than wow or not is a personal opinion and no one can tell you what you will think. All you can do is check out both games and decide for yourself. Also like someone else mentioned please don't make swtor vs wow threads. Thanks.
