<Shady Shenanigans> of Gul'dan is a late night raiding guild looking for experienced, reliable, and mature raiders for both 10man HM DS and MoP Raiding!!

Team Shady Raid Times: Tues/Wed/Thurs 12am-2:30(3)am CST (This would be 1am-3:30am EST or 10pm-12:30am PST)
Current Open spots (updated 5/4/2012):
Tank - 1 Experienced feral druid or blood DK (prefer with a DPS OS)
Healers - 1 exceptional Healers (prefer Holy Priest, Resto Druid)
Caster/Range DPS - Full for current DS progression
Melee - Full for current DS Progression
MoP - Looking for all classes/roles that are ready to level to 90 quickly and start raiding!!
Reliable and talented players are encouraged to apply! Please note that anyone recruited as a backup who outperforms a core raider will replace said core raider

Requirements for all Raiders:
Must have minimum ilevel of 390
DPS must be pulling minimum of 30k (Ultrax, 10m)
Must have proper raid awareness
Must be able to handle constructive criticism
Willing to learn and immense desire for constant improvement
Very knowledgeable about your class/spec
91% raid attendance required to keep your raid spot (within a 4 wk period, can miss 1 day for emergency reasons; if you miss on a regular basis, you will be replaced)
Must be prepared for raids (gear is gemmed/ench/reforged correctly; flasks/food/pots ready)
ELITIST ATTITUDE NOT ALLOWED.

Progression:
Current progression for Team Shady 5/8HM (2 separate 10man teams) - our goal is to wrap up 8/8HM server first before MoP and then do meta achieves until MoP - We've been going strong since early Cata and our goal is to accomplish several server first achievements in MoP.
We are also 6/7HM FL (10m), 12/12 Cata, and regularly farm FL for DTR legendaries for our core DS raiders
Ages 18+
Loot System: EPGP - EP = Earned Points, GP = Gear Points, EP/GP = PR (Priority). We feel this loot system is fair and have had little problems with it. There is a daily raid day decay of 12% to EP and GP, and this prevents hording points and allows the rotation between veterans and new guildies to even out over time. This had led to few complaints about gear = happier raiders!

Although we are a relatively new guild on Gul'dan, we have accomplished much in a short period of time and many of our core raiders have been playing since BC/Vanilla. We have very high goals for our guild both in the current progression and in the upcoming MoP exp and expect much from our raiders in terms of dedication, accountability, and consistency.
