Asus P8 Z68 V-Pro Gen3 has wrong bios model installed

I had a few broken CPU Pin on my new V-pro/Gen3 motherboard so I had to send my 1 day old motherboard to asus service. It has been fixed in less than two weeks.

    Now Problem is:

I tried to update my bios with ezFalsh utility and keep getting integrity failed errors. Then tried Asus bios updater on Win7 and noticed my V-pro has Deluxe bios installed on it.

It "sure" is a mistake by asus support team and they wanted me to resend it so it gets fixed. (But it takes long 1-2 week)

    Questions:

1- Is there anyway to -hard- flash bios to V-pro model via Dos or etc?? because I cant do it via other tools, I am getting board model errors.

2- Should I try to change it to V-pro at all? Works fine with current setup. They have like exact same specifications (links below)

3- Should I at least update it to latest Deluxe bios?

    Thanks for your replies.

The only practical way to do it is send it back again. I would do so, just so you can apply other updates in the future. There are some hardware differences between the two as well.
