Anyone tried playing with foot-pedals?

Looks intriguing (more so than 12-button numpad for your thumb).

Would require enough space on the floor, some of us foolishly bought tiny desks.

But the bigger issue, is having to sit mostly in the same position the whole time. =S

I just.... sometimes I contort into odd positions because I find them a nice change from the, "our American robot soldiers, please sit up straight and perfect."

I usually sit up-right, with my legs right down, when I play something intense or need to focus. Call it "game face" (position?) if you like.

I never do the gamer-lean-forward-because-it-lets-you-see-stuff-better because it bothers me.

I do sit up though when things get IMPORTANT though.

I got a 27" - I don't lean forward. With two screens on the side I definitely do not lean forward.

Anyway, I would like to try these pedals. Looks interesting.

I've played a racing game with pedals, the wheel, gearbox. You know, the lot.. I have not tried any other game with em however.

Oh, so do I of course. I believe these can be used as Shift, Control and Alt (for example). Not sure if the support macros though.

I see a clutch, a brake and an accelerator pedal. Now all I need is a racing game that has a manual clutch on the "normal" cars.

I actually got one of them, I was lucky to pick it up for $195 from the logitech ebay shop. The thing is bloody awesome.

Edit: G27 + projector + surround sound = epic awesomeness.

Generally speaking, TTL is actually talking about stuff that is relevant, although there's a lot of off-topic ramble. My impression of the NeweggTV guy is that he's talking straight up bullshit. .-.

My experience is that TTL just starts talking about extremely uninteresting things, like long rants about the H100, water cooling, modding the case to get a window (seriously, nooooooooo, stop ruining them) as well as being able to make the best of the best cases sound.. boring.
