Our connection to the house is supposed to be 16Mbit, but it never is. The best I have got in a real-world scenario is 1.4MB/s, or 11.2 Mb/s.

Feels kind of weird knowing though that Tetris pretty much has better internet than my own college. x_X

Tetris lives in Sweden, where the internet is fast and everything else is effing expensive

I'm going to pay $100/month for 53/53mbit, once my GPU has arrived & my motherboard replaced I'll have the juice to record stuff without stuttering :P

Does anybody know of a 32" monitor? I'd like one for my HTPC/Xbox/Ouya at my dorm when I move in, I'm not going to buy a TV because then I'd have to pay $30/month to DR.dk simply because having a TV = you have cable TV according to them.

Downloaded the Valve-pack yesterday. Peaked at 20MB/s or so, average was closer to 14-15.

I believe their servers are extra stressed at this time though (being summer sale and all). I'm getting 7-9MB/s now.

Having ~500 games on Steam, I already have 9/10 of their games :/
