Yeah, the relentless progression of GPU tech has been both a good and bad thing. Good for tech as a whole, bad for our wallets.
My 660 Ti is getting destroyed by Crysis 3 so badly, I'm feeling a bit sad for it. It manages medium settings just fine but...I mean come on, medium :S
Fucking hell the game is beautiful though, even on medium. Crytek were aiming to strike a balance between Crysis 1's freedom and Crysis 2's linearity, and they achieved it. I would've preferred Crysis 1's freedom all the way through...but I guess some freaking people just aren't happy without their share of dicking-around in linear corridors getting led by the nose by an NPC who opens doors for them. The game is a tad on the shorter side but that's why you start off playing on Veteran or Super Soldier, you actually have to use the levels instead of just jogging through the enemies on Normal.
IT'S ALL CALL OF DUTY'S FAULT SOMEHOW

Can't you run high settings with FXAA?

Can do, but things start to dip below 60 fps and I can't play optimally when that happens. Especially in multiplayer, maintaining 80-90+ fps definitely takes priority over making the game look better.

So TTL isn't exactly enthralled by the H220.

Jeeeesus christ the guy just takes forever to get the bloody point and keeps repeating himself and stuttering.
I swear Linus could cover most of that stuff in ~6-8 mins.

The TLDW is:
3-5 degrees delta temp above the H100i, with the fans and pump on 12V.
Tubing is a couple of inches too long for most cases --> awkward aesthetically.
If you're getting it because of the expandability, do it properly and DIY.
Too expensive for what it is, performance doesn't justify the price (or the hype).
If it turns out to be more than 119 GBP, he'll take away the silver and give it bronze.
This was the worst review I've seen from TTL, he just goes on and on repeating the same stuff.
15min review and then 20min of rubbish.
