DPS Help and Questions

Hi, my name is Daniel (Pyraice - Tichondrius)

I am a relatively new player, only been playing for around 6 months. My current raiding guild is 5/8 Hm (Just got Hagara tonight) and Im wondering if any warlocks can help me out with my DPS, i cant seem to reach near my sim, this week on heroic ultrax i was at 32k, granted i had a lot of fading lights, (last week i was 34.5 or so) and I'm wondering if there is anything I'm missing, I'm working on getting more conflags out, but other then that...
I hate saying its because of my gear, but i am our worst geared DPS player due to drop rates for int cloth items. I'm also somewhat new to Destruction, and only have been playing it for a couple of weeks for progression on Zonozz and Hagara, I'm going to go back to affliction for Blackhorn next week and Deathwing, but demo for spine even though i loathe demo. If you could take some time and go into my logs in detail, and help me out It would be GREATLY appreciated TYVM!!!!!! Also any tips related to those future fights, would be amazing also!

Difference of 9k dps. Other than the gear, your uptime on immolate was 86%. His was 96%. Same with corruption. 86% vs 96% The casts of every spell are greater in number than yours, but that could be attributed to the gear difference (although I doubt it because you actually have 300 more haste than he does) and his fight is only 7 seconds longer. Plus, you didn't prepot, or use any pot for that matter.. (tsk tsk)
He also had 6 fading lights. You had 7.
