Reformed Strategy is a guild reforged from ashes on beginning of Cata due to many leavers.

Some of Raiders and new comers decided to pick up the guild and make it worth to continue, we managed to sustain and continue to make raids and have some fun, after all this is a game and we have to enjoy playing it or else its not Worthing to pay for it.
Now we enter a new phase, with Cata getting to an end we got ourselves with a lack of some classes and specs, we have strong core of 6 players on main team, needing some new blood to be part of this team.

Managing this, we have on our goals also a try on 25 man if we manage to supply all classes for it.

Requirements

We have some requirements and expectations of our members and applicants as it follows:

• You are expected to have prepared your character’s equipment for progression raiding, this means that you have to be ready to enter the raids, not matter out other guildies can help you out but at this moment you need to be ready to became part of raiding team with all your gear enchanted and gemmed with the suitable enhancements.

• You are expected to the appropriate knowledge in your class and to be able to make decisions concerning it, the right spec, the right enchants, ...

• You are expected to be able to raid for at least 2 of the 3 raiding days on our schedule every week. On weekends we will make runs for people that have alts to improve gear.

• You are expected to make sure that you know tactics and developments for the encounters that we are progressing on. Raid leader will make brief tactic on beginning of fight but not extended.

• You are expected to work for the team progression, we consider ourselves a fun guild but when we raid we make it a serious matter.

Our Goals

We trying to keep the guild up and running, we intend to make progression on heroic versions and have serious raiders working for it. We try to keep our alts geared up with several runs when we have time, we have social spots cause there is always a chance they got the taste and become a good raider.
