Do what we did, have a cat naming game where each person submits name then vote on them. It helps if people are drinking and near the end you wonder how you end up with 2 options left, Tofu or Shemp. Tofu won.

When I got a cat 10 years ago I wanted a name that was unique but sounded "normal" so I called him TK. It's a character from the Digimon cartoon. The good news was it was unique but the bad part is everyone kept asking me "What does TK stand for?"
