Heroic Hagara - Raid Warning for Dispelling Frostflake Outside of Watery Entrenchment

Hello,

I was watching a video from a healer perspective on HM Hagara, and noticed a raid message that would be a huge help to my own progression group. I'm having trouble figuring out how he did it, though.

Basically it announces:
[Player] was dispelled by [Player], but [Watery Entrenchment] was NOT found on him [Frostflake](time left on frost flake)!
in raid chat.

Any comments would be a HUGE help

(Its on youtube by Insanity on US-Ragnaros. I would post the link but supposedly I haven't submitted enough links yet ;p)
