About the upcoming betas

its a close beta? no it isnt, closed beta was last month.

This beta test will be for the 1 milion people that candidated in the 48 hours in the last February week, witch means is an open beta since everyone could sign.

Where exactly do you get your information? Or do you just make it up as you go?

Open Beta - Everyone is welcome
Closed Beta - Invites only

GW2 is in CLOSED beta ATM. You can't get in without an invite.

Also, as said above, "not everyone that opted into the beta will get an invite" - ArenaNet
