Monk Transmogs! ~Please Read the OP!~

I want to see some creative transmog ideas that you geniuses are brewing up (pun intended)!

To me, a monk would be in loose-fitting clothing, probably a robe-looking attire. I'd prefer a simple staff as well. I'll be working on my idea and upload it later once I find some things I like.

Most of current leather sets have either rogue or druid theme, which, in my opinion, doesn't fit well to monks. Also, a majority of them require these classes, so you are also limited to off-set pieces.

Personally, I like Recolored Nightslayer Armor (with the exception of those silly shoulders, but there is no matching replacement).

Yep, you're absolutely right. I was looking at piecing some individual drops together, but it's not easy. Normal Magister's Terrace drops a really cool looking leather robe:

They really need to make Fist of the Deity available for Transmog on both sides or give us new weapons with that skin.

Each to their own I suppose, but I'm REALLY hoping there aren't many monks going around looking like rogues, druids running around in all black with blindfolds and eyepatches is bad enough.

That's a recolor of druid t2, and it is awesome, I'm tempted to use it for a mistweaver. I think windwalker will be able to utilize some rogue leather aesthetics quite nicely, as they're going to be kung fu type fighters. Mistweavers may be able to utilize some druid sets decently, maybe with a bit of mismatching. Brewmasters may have some issues though. Needless to say though, monks will have less fun with transmogg than death knights do currently.

I'm currently using this and rather like it. The matching helm honestly doesn't look that great and the "matching" shoulderpads, while okay, I like quite a bit less than these feathery ones.

Just when I was going to suggest the ZA/ZG sets ! I plan on having my Troll monk wear the green ZA set with a low level green feathered headband, but it's moreso because he's a Troll rather than a monk.
